Regulations and Policies:
Since its establishment, the company has placed great emphasis on achieving international quality standards, which has been clearly reflected in the efficiency of its schools and its ability to organize administrative processes in an effective, institutional, and systematic manner.
The company began implementing the global quality system at Al-Rawad Private Schools in 1417 AH (1997 CE) when Al-Rawad Private Schools, Al-Izdehar branch, obtained the ISO 9001 international quality certificate from the British company BSI, becoming the first educational institution in the Arabian Gulf region to receive this certification. Not content with this achievement, the company continued internal and external audits for several consecutive years, during which it obtained the same certificate from the Canadian company QMI. Subsequently, all Al-Rawad Private Schools complexes received the comprehensive quality certification according to the latest specifications (ISO 9001:2015) from the global company SAI.
The criteria for obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 Total Quality Management certification include achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries (students, parents, and educational staff), the existence of self-assessment procedures for performance improvement, a comprehensive review of all organizational forms and procedures for improvement, documentation of results and processes, continuous collection and utilization of statistical data, and conducting internal and external audits, among other criteria. The following table lists the educational complexes that have obtained the Total Quality Management certification.
